Production Lead Time:
Production lead time is calculated from the day following the receipt of the order. For the High Flow series, the production cycle is 10 working days, for the single-piece forging series, it is 20 working days, for the double-piece forging series, it is 30 working days, and for the carbon fiber series, the production lead time is 30 working days.
Warranty and After-sales Service Explanation:
All products come with a quality guarantee. Under normal driving conditions, mechanical failures such as spoke breakage, air leakage, paint peeling, etc., are covered under a 10-year quality warranty. Damage caused by human factors or third-party/external impacts resulting in wheel hub deformation, cracking, or shaking is not covered under the warranty.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and will vary depending on the product purchased. Shipping times for smaller products are typically 5-10 working days.
