xPinza GT Monoblock 4 Pistoni SET GTX4
Standard da gara GT. 1.9kg. Fucinata monoblocco. La GTX4 rappresenta il massimo dell'ingegneria SET: una pinza fucinata monoblocco (un pezzo unico) con passaggi dell'olio interni, costruzione cava e pistoni in lega nichel-manganese con scanalature per la dissipazione del calore. Sotto 1 tonnellata di carico idraulico, l'intero corpo della pinza si flette di soli 180 micron nel suo punto più debole.
Punti Salienti dell'Ingegneria
La costruzione fucinata monoblocco elimina il giunto imbullonato che è la principale debolezza delle pinze convenzionali a due pezzi. I passaggi dell'olio interni (anziché tubi esterni) riducono il volume del fluido e migliorano la risposta. Il profilo posteriore asimmetrico è ottimizzato tramite analisi agli elementi finiti per dirigere le forze frenanti lungo l'asse più resistente della pinza. Le molle anti-ritrazione alla base prevengono il trascinamento delle pastiglie, riducendo l'usura del disco e l'accumulo di calore.

Ideale Per
Progettata principalmente come pinza posteriore per il sistema GTX6. Adatta anche come pinza anteriore per applicazioni GT racing leggere, o come opzione universale anteriore/posteriore per veicoli di classe GT4 e GT3, inclusi allestimenti Porsche, Ferrari, BMW M e Toyota SUPRA.
Incluso: Composto pastiglie freno da competizione grado ZZ. Confrontato con DS3.12/DTC70. Temperatura di esercizio: costante 600°C, picco 850°C. Coefficiente d'attrito 0.55–0.63.
