We ship to all locations across Australia and offer international shipping to most countries worldwide.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.

  • Most of our products include free shipping — please check the product page for details before checkout.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees are not included in the shipping cost. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs authority.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (2 business days), excluding weekends and public holidays.
If your order requires additional handling time, we will notify you via email.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on your shipping destination and the product type:

  • Small products: 10–14 business days

  • Large items (e.g., exhausts, wheels): 25–35 business days
    In most cases, delivery may arrive sooner. Tracking information will be provided once shipped.

5. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted logistics providers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and Australia Post to ensure safe and timely delivery.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor delivery status in real time.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receipt (or expected delivery date).

  • We will assist you in filing a shipping insurance claim with the carrier.

  • AME Motorsport is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier, but we will do our best to support a resolution.

8. Out-of-Stock or Backorder Items

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will promptly notify you with an estimated delivery date or offer a full refund.
Certain products may be available for pre-order or made-to-order fulfillment.

9. Split or Third-Party Shipments

To ensure faster delivery, some products may be shipped separately or directly from our authorized suppliers or warehouses.
