xSET GTX4 Monoblock 4-Piston GT Caliper
GT racing standard. 1.9kg. One-piece forged. The GTX4 represents the pinnacle of SET's engineering: a monoblock (one-piece) forged caliper with internal oil passages, hollow construction, and nickel-manganese pistons with heat-dissipation grooves. Under 1 tonne of hydraulic load, the entire caliper body deflects just 180 microns at its weakest point.
Engineering Highlights
One-piece forged construction eliminates the bolted joint that is the primary weakness of conventional two-piece calipers. Internal oil passages (rather than external hoses) reduce fluid volume and improve response. The asymmetric rear profile is optimised through finite-element analysis to direct braking forces along the caliper's strongest axis. Anti-retraction springs at the base prevent pad drag, reducing disc wear and heat buildup.

Ideal For
Primarily designed as the rear caliper for the GTX6 system. Also suitable as a front caliper for lightweight GT racing applications, or as a universal front/rear option for GT4 and GT3-class vehicles including Porsche, Ferrari, BMW M, and Toyota SUPRA builds.
Included: ZZ-grade competition brake pad compound. Benchmarked against DS3.12/DTC70. Operating temperature: constant 600°C, peak 850°C. Friction coefficient 0.55–0.63.
Note: The SET Performance Gauge is sold separately and is not included in the brake kit.

xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
