AME Motorsport Refund & Return Policy

We take pride in providing premium automotive parts and accessories designed for performance, precision, and quality.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. General Policy

All sales are final.
Because our products are often custom-made, performance-oriented, or imported on demand, we generally do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been processed.

However, we will honor returns or exchanges only in cases where:

  • The product is defective,

  • Incorrect items were delivered, or

  • There is a confirmed issue from the supplier or manufacturer.

2. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via info@automodexpress.com, including:

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

⚠️ Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Custom-made, special-order, or made-to-fit performance parts

  • Items that have been installed, modified, or used

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Products damaged by improper installation or use

  • Gift cards or promotional items

4. Warranty Coverage

Some products (such as CMST wheels and body kits) are covered by a 6-month limited clear coat warranty against manufacturing defects only.
This warranty does not cover normal wear, improper installation, or damage due to road conditions.

5. Shipping and Handling

Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returns or replacements, unless the issue is verified to be a manufacturer or supplier fault.

We offer worldwide shipping, and all items are thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before dispatch.
