Shipping Policy

 

1. Delivery area– AME Motorsport ships to all Australia and International!

2. Shipping Costs– Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the purchased item. Almost products include shipping fee. Please check if you have to pay shipping before order it. The custom tax may be charged by local custom. The shipping cost does not include the custom tax. Customers have to pay for the custom tax.

3. Processing Time– All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.

4. Delivery time– Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and will vary depending on the product purchased. Shipping times for smaller products are typically 10–14 business days. Larger products, such as exhausts and wheels, usually take longer, 25-35 working days, usually less, and we will inform the customer by email of the exact time.

5. Shopping Carrier– AME Motorsport uses reliable shipping carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of all orders.

6. Tracking Information: Customers will receive an email with tracking information that their order has been shipped out.

7. Damaged or lost orders– AME Motorsport is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping. However, we will assist the customer in filing a claim with the shipping company. Shipping insurance will be included in the shipping cost.

8. International Shipping- AME Motorsport ships all worldwide.

9. Returns and Refunds– Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for information on returns or exchanges.

10. By placing an order with AME Motorsport, the customer agrees to the terms of this shipping policy.

11. Out of Stock Item– In the event of an out of stock item, we will promptly notify the customer with an estimated delivery date. We do accept make by orders.

12. Special Orders– Some items may be marked as special orders or have a specified delivery time.

13. Third-Party Shipping– To expedite delivery, some items may be shipped directly from a third party or in separate parcels.
