xSET GTX4 Monoblock 4-Kolben GT Bremssattel
GT-Rennstandard. 1,9 kg. Einteilig geschmiedet. Der GTX4 repräsentiert den Höhepunkt der SET-Ingenieurstechnik: ein einteilig geschmiedeter Monoblock-Bremssattel mit internen Ölkanälen, Hohlkonstruktion und Nickel-Mangan-Kolben mit Wärmeableitungsrillen. Unter einer hydraulischen Last von 1 Tonne verformt sich der gesamte Bremssattelkörper an seiner schwächsten Stelle nur um 180 Mikrometer.
Technische Highlights
Die einteilige Schmiedekonstruktion eliminiert die verschraubte Verbindung, die die Hauptschwäche herkömmlicher zweiteiliger Bremssättel darstellt. Interne Ölkanäle (anstelle externer Schläuche) reduzieren das Flüssigkeitsvolumen und verbessern das Ansprechverhalten. Das asymmetrische Heckprofil wurde durch Finite-Elemente-Analyse optimiert, um die Bremskräfte entlang der stärksten Achse des Bremssattels zu lenken. Anti-Rückzugsfedern an der Basis verhindern Belagschleifen, reduzieren Scheibenverschleiß und Wärmeentwicklung.

Primär als Hinterachs-Bremssattel für das GTX6-System konzipiert. Ebenfalls geeignet als Vorderachs-Bremssattel für leichte GT-Rennanwendungen oder als universelle Vorder-/Hinterachslösung für GT4- und GT3-Klasse-Fahrzeuge, einschließlich Porsche, Ferrari, BMW M und Toyota SUPRA Umbauten.
Inklusive: ZZ-Kompetitions-Bremsbelag-Mischung. Abgeglichen mit DS3.12/DTC70. Betriebstemperatur: konstant 600°C, Spitze 850°C. Reibungskoeffizient 0,55–0,63.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
