Shipping Information

We will usually process and ship your order within 3 business days. During peak periods (e.g. holidays) it may take additional time to process your order. We guarantee that for 90% of our models the products are in stock. If your car is in a niche category, then we may need additional time. Please note that for customized products we need to have time for production and try not to exceed 20 working days. We will keep our customers updated on the status of the product by email.

Your order is expected to arrive within 5-45 business days of shipment. Please note that this is only an estimated time and depends on your location and logistics. Many products are shipped from our overseas warehouses, such as Verkline’s subframe, and for larger products we ship by sea. For smaller products we will ship by air. Please note that you can send us an email to let us know if you want to change your shipping method. We can offer you a price difference service.

Unfortunately, we are unable to leave orders outside my door. We will require a signature from you or an authorized person at the time of delivery. If you have any further questions, please contact the shipping company that will be delivering your order, which may be DHL or UPS.

We currently ship to most locations within Australia. If you have any questions about shipping locations, please contact our customer service for more information.

Please note that we are kind enough to offer a duty paid shipping service where we cover the duty for you. Please note that some products, such as Verkline products, require the customer to pay shipping and customs fees.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, apple pay and google pay as multiple payment methods. Payment for all orders will be made at the time of checkout.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer “cash on delivery” service. All orders must be paid for at the time of checkout.
